Please print, complete, and sign the registration form and liability waiver. Send the completed form and signed waiver along with your payment to:

• If you are registering for pickleball, you must register and pay online at PickleballBrackets.com.

Team captains, print and complete the team registration form. Team members will sign the waiver when they check in at the event.

When you register for the Games, you can purchase an official 2024 WSSG competitor tee shirt for $10. The short sleeve shirt is a 50/50 blend in a cobalt heather color. If you would like to purchase this optional shirt, please indicate the style and size on your entry form and add $10 to your entry fees when calculating the payment.
You may also purchase additional 2024 competitor tee shirts along with other apparel and accessories from our WSSG Online Shop.

• The deadline for online orders is June 30th.
• When you order online, you have a choice to have the order shipped to you (shipping is $10) or you can pick up the shirt at the store for no additional cost.
• All online orders will be produced in a batch after the June 30th deadline. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.
